Closing your Company
If you have decided that you no longer wish to keep your company and want to close it then we can take care of this for you.
This is a complicated and lengthy process. Once we have completed the necessary documentation arrangements will be made for legal notices of the application to appear in any relevant media to allow any interested parties to object.
If there are no objections to the proposed striking off of the company, the final notice will appear in the appropriate media and the company will be struck off.
Once the documentation has been accepted at Companies House, it usually takes around 7 working days for the process to begin.
The whole process usually takes 3-4 months for the company to be completely dissolved/struck off the company register.
