Confirmation Statement
What is a confirmation statement?
A confirmation statement is a snapshot of a business which contains the basic information about a company, including information about the company directors, shareholders, registered address and share capital. The company director and company secretary are responsible for ensuring the confirmation statement is filed at Companies House.
When should a confirmation statement be filed?
Confirmation statements must be filed once a year, on the anniversary of incorporation and within 28 days of that date. Filing your confirmation statement late or with errors can lead to significant problems such as heavy fines, long delays or even removal from the Companies House registry or loss of your limited liability status.
How Paramount can help with your confirmation statement?

We can file any company's confirmation statement, even if you formed your company elsewhere. All our confirmation statements are filed electronically making it quick and efficient.
If you formed your company through Paramount Company Formations, we just need your company name as we should have the online filing code.
If you formed your company elsewhere, we just need your company name, company number and online filing code to file your confirmation statement. Don't worry if your company doesn't have an online filing code as we can obtain this for you.
